Impeaching a witness means introducing evidence that shows they are not being truthful or forthcoming. In this case, Bove was trying to impeach Pecker over not mentioning Hope Hicks being present at the August 2015 meeting.

Nothing in the document Bove tried to impeach Pecker with pertained to the August 2015 meeting or Hope Hicks.

He either had the wrong document or he was trying to bluff what the document contained. Either way he got called out in it.

Graff was quick and easy. She confirmed that Trump had both McDougal's and Stormy's contact information in his phone. Trump's team tried to get her to testify that Trump was considering Stormy as a contestant on the Apprentice and that's why he had her contact information. All she could say is that she had a vague recollection of Stormy at Trump Tower but couldn't recall any details beyond that.

- He also admitted that a financial agreement was never discussed at this meeting.

- He agreed that Michael Cohen is prone to exaggeration.

However, he is being inundated by the Media with questions because of this Rigged Biden Trial, which President Trump is not allowed to comment on, or answer, because of Judge Juan Merchan’s UNPRECEDENTED AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL Gag Order.

His Opponents have unlimited rights to question, but he has no right to respond. There has never been a situation like this in our Country’s History, a Candidate that is not allowed to answer questions.

We request that Judge Merchan immediately LIFT THE GAG ORDER, so that President Trump is able to freely state his views, feelings, and policies.
