TL;DR:
•In 2016, the OP correctly predicted a major “life-altering” event in early 2020. The OP hinted the event might involve a "plague" and a "vaccine".

•The OP also said the elite have built massive underground towns in preparation for a cosmological “world-ending” event that will happen after 2020. (The OP visited one in 1994 when he was 16 years old.)

•The OP believes the top elite will flee instead to Mars.

•The OP said the elite we know are "employees" of the real PTB, who are "humanoid" (extraterrestrial) with advanced "magical" technology.

•The OP said the global population is really "4-5 billion", not 7-8 billion.

•The OP said the masses will be kept distracted until the cosmological event and that if war with Russia or China happens, then it's PART OF THE PLAN.

It was just politics. The people at the top jumped at an oportunity to make themselves look concerned and grabbed improperly done science to make people think they were concerned about their health so they would gain prestige and get re-elected.

For some, it was monitary gain, but for most of our top countries officials it was just political BS. Look at what happened to the politicians that were concerned the covid vaccine was not right. Those who read the evidence or had someone research the validity of the evidence got bashed, that alone made those who questioned it's safety and effectiveness keep their mouths shut. Even the Doctors who did not approve of putting patients on the breathing machine that the CDC and NIH had said was necessary were forced to put them on them if they tested positive or worry about their reputation.

What a mess. This had to be the worst messup in medical history of the last three hundred years. I do not blame the doctors either, they had to do what they were told to do or risk loosing their license. Although some loved the extra prestige they got for following the leader and putting them on the breathing machines quickly....but how did they know...some doctors knew but again, informing other doctors could have got them attacked by the scamdemic squad.

Sorry, Swampbuck beat me to it. The top, A1, gold star reason is bribes and kickbacks. The 3 you mention are regular everyday happenings in government so the vaccine coming along is no different.

And all Federal mandates have now been lifted after May last year. If the mandates were all about political control, rather than about a spreading disease, why did they all go away after the heat went out of the pandemic?

Basically, Trump didn't really do anything in regard to running a nation. He just expected everyone's adulation and blamed his inability to achieve anything on everyone picking on him. That, and probably his days spent golfing-off.

Also the use of the term 'woke' as a perjorative outside of the context of the rights movement is something that also became part of the right-wing language in 2019 - under Trump's Presidency.
