Where is Kate Middelton

So since we all know where Kate is .... she's at home with her family recovering from surgery and is having chemo ... does that mean the premise of this thread is now dead and it can die? There are no more questions right? We all know it's really her, she really had surgery, she really is having chemo, and she's going to be taking it easy at home while she recovers.
