Then he has nothing to worry about.

After all your courts require tangible evidence to secure convictions, issue decrees, and binding judgments.

Just like our own on this side of the pond.

No, i didn't.

However, if you're attempting to suggest MSM have anything to do with your courts of law and/or the judgments and conclusions they come to.

I think you may find the onus is on you to provide proof and a source that's what's happening.

As opposed to carrying out and implementing the actual rule of law as they do every day with other people.

Mind you, I could tell you some stuff about our local County Court District Judge.

But I can't. He's a a lovely fine and impartial Judge.

Honestly.

As usual, you're just talking out of your hind end. No source to your BS yet you believe it.

"Nobody forgot to check off a box," Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron said, referring to the notice for requesting a jury trial.

Ahh so they didn't forget to check the box they just didn't want to.
That's still on them. There is no way around the courts decisions in this case. Each and every negative thing going on in this case towards Trump is because of Trump himself.
Be mad at him as you should be.

Sure, you could make that argument.

Then I'd say that going outside of the statute of limitations, a summary judgement and of course, deeply partisan prosecutors and court staff including the judge would determine that would be a massive (yuge) waste of time and resources.

I find your guilty until proven innocent rhetoric pretty disgusting by the way.

What claim did you make? Oh, here it is:

If he had wanted a jury trial his lawyer should have ticked the required box.

I do enjoy proving the MSM talking points regurgitated here wrong. Always a good time.

Question is though, why do you keep falling for them?

That is just my feeling on the matter at this point in time. Always subject to change depending on....factors going forward.
I will reserve my complete judgment till a future date. But it doesn't look like Trump is going to make it out unscathed. Again subject to change.
All of this for better worse though...I have no fracking clue.

Something to do with MSM and people "talking out of your hind end" and then asking for some kind of source, for what i can only imagine to be a butthurt reason.

Anyhoo Trump is going to have to answer for his actions.

Again im not the one who failed to tick a simple box, that's Trump's legal team's problem.

The question will be the outcome of the trial i should imagine.

Let's just see how that works out for the man.

Just a tip, it's not about Trump being harmed or "unscathed."

It's about and has always been about, who else is being held to the same standard? Legally? Politically?

We're finally starting to roll back the media a little, so that's a plus.

I'd deflect away if I were you as well. Not a good look to lie and then continue that lie:

Was the judges quote not enough to debunk your BS?

Sounds like a you problem.....

Do as you please JinMI.

It's not apt to change or affect the "Civil Fraud Trial."

That's nice but it sounds like your man Trump is the one with problems.

But still can't admit you lied.

So if i made a mistake i lied? LoL

Well, at least i have not perjured myself in a court of law.

Let's just see what the actual courts and the judge have to say about Trump and his minions ""lies"".

See how he likes them apples.

Case and point.

Dishonest and disingenuous. Likely not because you are a bad person..likely.

But because your irrational hatred clouds critical thinking, logic and better judgement.

Case and point, im not being tried, or involved in civil fraud trials.

Never mind the subsequent other lawsuits and criminal proceedings your beloved ex-POTUS is buried up to his neck in.

As to dishonest and disingenuous well that's your man Trump in spades but you feel free to project away until your little hearts contend.

Spit it up JinMI, it will do the dog.

That is why I said for better or worse.
I am not privy to what goes on behind closed doors so I have to look what's available.
And I agree with your last sentence completely. We both may view things from different angles and we each have our own bias. But I do completely agree with that.

TLDR.

I know you don't hold yourself to the same standard you hold others to.

It's fine, really. My work with you is done for now.
