If you want your old avatar back search for your old username., page 1

Look in search inquiry (magnifying glass upper right on PC) and find an old post or thread you were in by searching that username. You should be able to copy your picture back to your device and then upload back to ATS under your new username.

Where are you stuck at? Uploading to the ATS picture page or getting it from there to load in your account settings page?

I uploaded the avatar in my 'uploads', tried to put the photo into my 'account avatar' page, but it doesn't load.
That's where I'm stuck

I will do you all a big favor, I will post under this post the blank avatar spacer. Put it in your avatar and it will fill the whole area like mine. Click around under this post to find it save it. It’s invisible

For me, I have the avatar image uploaded but when I click to load it in the account settings I get the error:
We can’t connect to the server at media.abovetopsecret.com.

What field does the transparent image go in and what field does the picture go in?

Put the transparent photo to the click on the left and abated to the for right click. I will try to get a photo

Thanks but I figured it out. The transparent background is the avatar and the actual picture is the background, I think?

Haha, that's what I did. I was too lazy to try to find it on my hard drive. I save EVERYTHING, and I have folders within folders within, well you get it. It's just a screenshot of one of my sims in Sim 3.
