What he actually said was, "God save the queen-man." It was a prayer for transgenders.

Joe Biden was giving a speech on gun control in Connecticut. He ended the speech with this line “God save the Queen, man”.
The Queen passed away last September.
Then he seemed to have trouble exiting the stage, but a babysitter came up and directed him off.
