This is interesting from General Igor Kirilov on the gain of function labs in Ukraine, translated by Aussie Cossack, who seems to have found an Australian connection, which will no doubt make him more popular with the Australian authorities. The story is that the Pentagon sets these labs up near what they consider belligerent countries, and does all manner of naughty experiments that would not make them over popular at home. Whether it is believable at this stage of the game is debatable, as we would be more inclined to believe that the Russians themselves were running these bio labs incognito, since they blew up their own gas pipeline to starve the West of energy. General Kirilov might struggle for relevancy concerning Putin's war in Ukraine, and that only changes if Putin opts to deploy weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine. Meanwhile, any Russian military commander who peddles propaganda over military competency is doing Ukraine a favour, for these commanders share historical German military commanders' willingness to commit atrocities and absence of strategic thinking but lack their occasional moments of tactical and operational brilliance.
