I will use this thread to track high-level developments in the BIDEN FAMILY INVESTIGATION, as they are implemented by the new 118th GOP-led Congress.

TODAY, we learn that HUNTER BIDEN's Art Dealer received a request to testify before Congress, but "lawyered up".

Hunter Biden’s infamous art dealer with Chinese connections has NOT agreed to testify before Congress, citing the need to consult with legal counsel.

Georges Bergès, who has dubbed Hunter an “American story,” confirmed on Thursday he received the House Oversight Committee’s demanded letter from Wednesday requesting his appearance before the investigative panel.

Always thought Hunters "Art" was a big scam.
The industry is heavily used by all kinks of organised crime/spies to launder money or swap expensive art for other dodgey services.
Its the perfet business for someone like Hunter to be involved in.

We will see, this is just the first step, most times you are right nothing happens, but every once in a while the pressure starts to build, and the dam burst. This would probably happen here if we had unbiased media, but we don't. In fact, if the media does perchance hit this hard, it's just because they are going out with the old and in with the new.

All they need do is issue him a subpoena. As you have so ably pointed out in other threads, having to obey a subpoena is now the precedent that has been set, with Steve Bannon, so everyone is fair game now.

The Gateway Pundit just said to "pray for them" as they start BREAKING the big information in the next few days:

Who has jurisdiction on the FBI?
Attorney General Garland, Special prosecutor Durham?

Gulp, we're screwed, while the congressional hearings will be entertaining Rome will burn to a crisp with very little accountability.

This coming Tuesday, President Joe Biden will deliver his "State of the Union" speech, where he will call for Justice and Transparency and Working Together.

The next morning, a Bi-Partisan U.S. House Special Select Investigative Committee, will launch a formal investigation into Joe Biden using the Federal Government to hide crimes committed by members of his family...aka: "The Biden Crime Family".
