U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz has introduced a new Bill specifically not allowing some other Congress People from seeing classified material.

We all know former Intelligence Committee Chair and now barred from the Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff has in the past lied atrociously and leaked classified material.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) introduced a resolution on Thursday that would bar Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) from accessing classified information, following Schiff’s ouster from the House Intelligence Committee and just as the California congressman announced a Senate run.

The resolution is titled the “Preventing Extreme Negligence with Classified Information Licenses Resolution,” or the “PENCIL Resolution.” The title is a reference to former President Donald Trump’s nickname for Schiff, “Pencilneck.”

Gaetz’s resolution would express the sense of the U.S. House of Representatives that Schiff should not have access to classified information, should be investigated by the House Ethics Committee, and should have his comments made during any proceeding of Congress regarding Russian Collusion and the Trump campaign officially struck from the record.

I think the Popeye Resolution would have been more fitting. Those of us who didn't know Pencilneck was Trump's nickname for Schiff would instantly know how the resolution was referring to.

It's too bad it's all lame duck for the next two years. There'll be lots of hope but little change, if any.

Not to mention the fact that this resolution, even if passed, has zero legal standing. Access to classified information is not affected in any way by a House resolution.

Schiff who was in the "intelligence" committee, went on TikTok to beech and moan about being kicked off the intelligence committee. TikTok... a well known, not very well hidden, Chinese Spyware and consciousness manipulation tool.

I do hope many go to die on the hill defending SwallsWells and ShiftyShift, as they are two the most despicable beings to ever live and it's a fitting end to defend them for many.
