I am deeply saddened to see this. No words can describe how I hope the count of casualities stayed as low as physically possible. I know from here and Discord that some ATS members live right there and around the region. My prayers are with you all

I used to live there and was stationed in the Air Force in the area. It's like total disaster. Wow. Here in Japan we are getting hit with the same destruction also. So bad. We just had one of the worst typhoons in history hit our area.
Flooding like Florida everywhere. Getting bad. Now Viet Nam is being hit really bad also by typhoon.

We supposedly await a heavy storm here too in Germany but I doubt it's going to be anything like that, out of experience. We do not have tornados here or similar and I live in a region where there are more hills.

Someone once told me that hills do kill tornado and it makes sense. I am much more concerned about the people over the pond than that storm. A big thunderstorm has been missing this year though, because of the drought we faced for three months.

A new type spider is in Germany. Comes from Africa and has adapted to the European weather, larger than a tarantula and fast as lightning....

They look scary as hell and they are so big you can see their eyes. If you stare at them, they will attack.

They lay up to 160 eggs and can fertilize them without male sperm

Fall is the season for this to happen though, so it's no coincidence the storms are getting more frequent now, I figured.

There is something else these people will have to deal with for years/decades to come. Black Mold.
Florida is pretty mossy/moldy to begin with but this, along with cheap repair jobs can really be bad.

Contaminated water will kill many more folks than snakes or gators.

That's so wild, I'm floored, so much water....
Is this all rain or mainly waves?
Being in Switzerland hurricanes and tornados are things that we maybe get to feel a little wind, like a bad myth, we know nothing about. I've always had a romantic fascinated by that phenomenon, but this looks terrible.

hope the casualties are low.

If you kill one of these monsters on your wall...you must paint the wall.

I think they are cousins to the camel spider....

Hard ro kill... I use pepper spray to blind them and then run...

People need water everyday, gators are easily avoidable.

I do not know how to posts photographs. ATS makes it too confusing....

Oh I forgot, they can jump way over 6 feet.

The adults are much larger than a big man's hand.
