They basically qualified EVERYONE no matter the ability to pay the loan .
Then the floating interest hit em hard after the initial 3% term was over.

The people who owns guns illegally are bad. Idk how you are going to get those guns back because the same people who wants to take legal guns away are supplying the illegal guns. If you make it harder to get legal guns that’s going to make it worse for normal people to protect themselves. So I will just say to matter stay dangerous “legally” and mind your business and you’ll most likely not have anything to worry about. I think allot of it is fear mongering.

I will just be honest with you I haven’t put that much thought in it to give you a clear answer on how I feel about those specific questions. I thought you meant in general. I would need to do more research and think more before I could really give you a true answer to your specific question. Those are great questions and I would like to be more prepared to answer you.

I should have worded that better. Your not holding anyone back. It’s the YT people that are in the government that are holding minorities back. The low income YT people are held back too if we are being honest. I’m not a racist i just should have been more specific with my words. And I really don’t think it has to do with race and color why a certain group are being held back. I think you need cheap labor, dependent consumer/buyers to make the capitalism system work. And minorities including low income YTs have been chosen to be those people. I’m not a racist, I just know true history and what got minorities where they are at today and why.

Sure I do, that’s why I wrote this:

Here is my guess, their “rules” are probably written in a way that those other races aren’t necessarily excluded but they aren’t encouraged either and I doubt they would actually get these types of loans. Similar to how scholarships work. This is specifically targeting two groups, Black and Hispanics in predominantly black and Hispanic neighborhoods.

Also the headline specifically says for Hispanic and Black buyers.
