It's social engineering/cleansing 101 really.

That being said, I think if i lived there i would move out of the way of the incoming Russian invasion should i have the opportunity.

Or at least want my family and children to depart for far-off shores until this is all over given half the chance.

You forget that the Ukrainian conflict started 8 years with Kiev attacking separatists and their civilian cities.
