I am curious as to why now? Why was this chosen by the SCOTUS when there are literally hundreds of other cases which they are looking into the constitutionality of. Right there shows the amount of politics which has infected a branch which should be APOLITICAL!

Today's society has forgotten how incredibly tedious and in many cases suicidal it was for women to dream of and fight for the professional competency they now regularly exhibit, even before they were permitted to engage in actual policy making and governing. well, in Michigan they elected AG, a progressive, has already said that she will not uphold the 1932 law prohibiting abortions...so yeah, it makes sense that Joe's handers suggest electing progressives that will not uphold laws that go against their value system.

Well true but that should also be said about governments not deciding what we should put in our bodies like vaccines or be forced or loss our rights to fly or loss our jobs over a medical decision that the government shouldn't getting mixed in.
