I guess you meant 'when you end your FAST'...?

Anyway, the best way to break a longer fast (more than 4 or 5 days) is with fresh bone broth, just sip as much as you want during your eating window the first day, repeat for an additional day if the fast was longer than 8 or 9 days, etc...

I don't think completely cutting out carbs is good for your internals.

Well, since the MDR for either carbs or fiber is a whopping ZERO, I'm not sure why you'd say that...

I was going to suggest that,
I've been doing it all my adult life really, before it became a diet thing.

Then when my husband went on a diet last year he started doing the same with good results.
