The Kiev regime has no more fuel production. HIMARS may be powerful. But it can't move without fuel. What Russians doing is keep cruise missiling the Kiev regime's one and only oil refinery as well the Kiev regime's fuel depots. The HIMARS that do manage to reach Donbas can be tracked and destroyed by Mi-28NM attack choppers which have radar and Hermes NLOS missiles.
