I'm basing my opinion off direct observation. I'm sorry if it's racist, it's true. How often do we see groups like BLM trying to turn criminals into saints? Mike Brown, Tay on Martin, George "Saint Fentanyl" Floyd. They destroy their own areas, destroy black owned businesses and still it gets blamed on racist white folks. Ok? Tell me I'm wrong? If black lives mattered to black people Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit wouldn't be the way they are. Sad but true.

This type of mentality has become real popular in the last 20 years and I have watched it spread to Grandview, mo and now parts of Belton, MO and even wyandotte county. I have worked in grandview twice and raytown once. I won't do it again. It's getting bad.

I grew up in Raytown, graduated from RHS. It's a far different place now for sure. You can always count on urban sprawl to turn a decent place into a sh1thole.

The double standard with the whole "racism" thing is ridiculous. If the same observation was made the other way around from a black individual about a white individual, there would be no questions or statements about racism.

Calling out a situation and pointing out a fact that there just so happens to be a certain trait of skin color involved does not make the statement inherently racist.

Now I do agree that there could be the same statements made that show the same traits for whites, Asians, and whoever else you want to throw in. But because a statement was made about one set of people, that does not make it racist. Everybody at one point or another has been the victim of something horrific, playing the racism card anytime these are brought up is the exact reason that things get worse rather than better. Not everything aimed at one skin color or race is racist, and until we can all get on that same page things will continue to get worse.

Do you know what happened to the Nazis after the war? One of the most sobering rabbit holes I've ever gone down.

In a nutshell, they just went back to their lives. Maybe 10% went down for war crimes, 20% were directly hired by foreign governments. The remaining 70% were never dealt with in any respect, the various nations of the world just kind of dropped "denazification" after they got bored with it as the cold war heated up.
