well technically human meat is edible,but not all of it. have to toss out the spine and spinal nerves,head/brain. the arms,legs,butt,breast are all edible. the internals,liver,heart are also edible. the rest is trash meat only good for fertilizer.
A good butcher can get steaks,hams,bacon,ribs easily.
