That about covers every popular topic discussed. Or you could literally change the name of this website to "Hate" and dump the forums all together.

We need a WARS and CONFLICTS forum.

Right now, every time something outside of America blows up, a thread is started in WORLD WAR III forum, lol.

But the PTB on here would never do that. Politics are its bread and butter.

This. I come here for the weird stuff, UFOs, paranormal, video games and a few other ones. The political BS is all arguing, and the right wingers have pretty much taken over with false narratives, insults etc.

I agree with what you're saying, however, I'd probably be inclined to say the whole library of forums needs to be reorganised and rationalised.

For example, news & political stuff which is spread across;

breaking news forums
conspiracy theory forums
political forums
current events forums
general off-topic chitchat forums

I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point.

I agree, and add that I wouldn't mind a little rule tightening in the pit.

Not pushing for it though.

If members like yourself would post more, the forum would be livelier and attract more traffic. As it is, there are fewer than 75 of us who post a message to the forum at least 5 days per week. That's what it seems like anyway.

I've joined 2 other Social Media forums over the past 6 months. Doing that made me appreciate AboveTopSecret.com more, because GETTR.com and TruthSocial.com are like Twitter...which is good for reading/learning, but horrible for discussing specific subjects.

But AboveTopSecret.com needs a traffic boost. Threads are having a really hard time getting 100 posts this year.

Hopefully, after we see light at the end of the tunnel for America, more "lurkers" will become active ATS posters for the first time, or once again.

i would love to participate more to the site but Dementia makes it difficult to respond to threads ,it can take me a half a hour to type out what someone is able to do in thirty seconds .
