BOOM! Florida passes the "STOP Woke Act" to ban CRT from schools

I realize this topic may not be at the top of everyone's radar at the moment, but I think it's important nonetheless. This is a win for everyone, not just for one group of people. This is a slap in the face to the racist and divisive neo-marxists that have worked so hard to divide not only the U.S., but the world...

Florida has just passed the "S.T.O.P. Woke Act" which would prevent the teaching of Marxist Critical Race Theory tenets in public schools, as well as prevent woke "diversity" programs in corporations and government agencies.

Legislation like this needs to be passed across the country. CRT's enablers are seditious and treasonous against ALL the people of this, and every other country they have popped up in.

Amen! I'd like to see this all over. End the collective guilt and over the top racism. This was a key contributor to the enabling of clown world to happen. And the progs who championed this need to be known, identified, and voted out of existence. They don't need to be in charge of anything. I'm happy to see a crack in the façade that may let some light enter the end of the tunnel.

I love the argument that we don't need this law to prevent something that's not happening...
So if it's not happening, what's the problem making banning it official?

This is what should have been done all along… the right/conservatives/constitutionalists have been playing nice with these idiots for far too long… the left/progressives/commies/fascists consider anyone that loves freedom to be their enemy and they will stop at nothing to ruin them… playing nice and taking the high road with people intent on destroying your way of life will never end well… these leftist need to be stomped out and monuments need to be erected to remind everyone what happened… you know… like the ones the leftist removed so people wouldn’t remember what they’ve done already…

Taking back their State , the Constitution , and righteousness , one step at a time .

I don't pay much attention, but it seems like anytime I've heard anything about Florida in recent times, it just keeps sounding like a better and better place to be.

I hope this serves as a beacon to the rest of the country. We don't have to cave in to this stupidity. Its not only allowed but necessary to stand up to this ridiculous agenda in schools, and life in general. Schools should put the focus on education. Real subjects like Math, Science, English, History, not liberal agenda bullet points. In fact, I think schools should teach students how to recognize liberal bullsh1t and to tell their parents when they are assaulted with it.

I understand those things just fine. It's just the debate tactic du jour to tell someone that what they're talking about isn't "true" Marxism, communism, socialism, and then run away when challenged to explain what the "true" versions of those things are to lay the groundwork for debate.

There is something insidious about a system that trains one group to think of themselves as inherently oppressive simply because they exist and the rest to think of themselves as oppressed because that one group exists.

If you cannot see how that might be, then you might be part of the problem.

Hopefully in the not-too-distant future, when terms like 'Woke' or 'Critical Race Theory' are taught in schools, it will only be brief passages in the History books about failed agendas.
