Well now at least I know you approved of the jihadist attacks on US forces in Iraq after the US invasion. Good to know where you stand.

It's no surprise this would be one of their prime targets.
I hope Ukraine makes Russia bleed enough that they won't think twice about returning. Russia's prospects for a prosperous country are looking grim and for good reason.
If Putin brought his army into your country, callously running your neighbors over with tanks and slaughtering your people in an attempt to impose his iron dictatorship upon you and your countrymen, would you take up arms and fight or lay down and submit to his authority over you?
Anyone dumb enough to stand in front of a tank during an ongoing war should be run over so they can't produce any more kids.

its a Ukranian light armored MT-LB, Strela-10, called SA-13B Gopher. the dark huge truck you can see on the other side of the road is a stolen Ural with a mounted ZU-23-2 on it, which is controlled by a Russian saboteur commando unit, wearing Ukranian uniforms. The two units engaged with each other, and the result of this short lived fight is the Ukranian MT-LB steering into the civilian, eventually crushing his car. There are 9 videos of this incident showing exactly what happened. He survived though. In my personal opinion the person in the car had ZERO situational awareness and couldve avoided this crash, as he shows literally zero signs of reaction (braking or steering off). I already see people going mad about me saying "he couldve avoided the crash". I'm not saying its his fault, but he kept on driving even though it was very obvious the armored vehicle would hit him. Unlucky. Stop commenting on things you did a) not investigate and b) you dont have a clue about. Thanks. The MT-LB platform is approximately 60 years old, and tends to oversteer and drivers often lose control with it. It's not a CAR with 4 wheels and a steering axis. It's a tracked, armored vehicle weighing more than 1.5 tons. Stop spreading or reacting to fake information, because spreading hate between the engaging parties will lead to actual warcrimes happening. Thanks! sidenote: The video was captured on 25th of february 2022, and being uploaded for the first time ever on twitter around 11 AM Ukranian time. At that time the Russian forces haven't even entered Kyiv yet. Russian vehicles operating in the Ukraine are marked with white "Z"s on all sides
North Crimean Canal: Why So Important?
Crimea is surrounded by water but lacks water resources. There is a sufficient amount of drinking water in rivers and underground basins, but almost no water for agriculture and industry. Completed in 1975, the North Crimean Canal brought water from the river Dnipro in Ukraine to the Northern arid areas of the Peninsula. This enabled rapid development of agriculture and industry. At that, the Canal with all its facilities was owned and operated by the State Water Resources Agency of Ukraine, which is an agency of the central government.
Russia took control of Crimea in February 2014. According to Ukrainian officials, the facilities of the Canal in Crimea were seized by the new de facto authorities in March 2014, who drove away the Ukrainian personnel. In the absence of maintenance on the Russian-controlled side, water could not reach the consumers. According to the Ukrainian Water Resource Agency, the Russian de facto authorities refused to pay for water delivery, accumulating a huge debt. Under such conditions, Ukraine blocked off the canal.

Your probably not getting an answer because your question is loaded.
By naming an aggressor you are emotionally loading your rather black and white question. Effectively setting up a peep who answers as either supporting your emotional knee jerk or condemning themselves in your eyes as on Putin’s ‘side’
There are alternatives to your solutions.
Either rephrase your query or open a little leeway to receive a more reasoned, less specific answer.
If you want any form of meaningful response that is.

The Ukranian apologists here are astounding. Crimea has hardly any fresh water or ability to produce it at all. Ukraine cut it off so as to destabilize the country (destabilization is a favorite of western countries nowadays if you haven’t noticed). Crimea is Russia’s only access to a warm water port as well.
Ukraine has been Russia for a much longer time than not.
every one of you warmongering, paid propagandists here would.

Maybe Russia should have had a plan for water for Agriculture when they invaded Crimea?
