China Trolling?

So last night I had the live feed for Maidan Square in Kyiv on YouTube playing while I finished up some work for the night. This morning I refreshed the feed and found that at some point the feed of Kyiv had been replaced with live feed from the Kremlin. At that point I realized that the channel I was watching was owned by CGTN, the Chinese government. This is some pretty hardcore trolling if you ask me. Pretty wild!
