Russia is claiming Ukraine fired on 4 locations held by Russian backed forces.

Ukraine is denying the attack and saying they were fired upon by Russia using prohibited weapons and they did not retaliate ..

This seems like a false flag and it might be on.

www.independent.co.uk...

These are the first reports of heavy munitions being used in the conflict for more than a month now, and come at a time of high tension between Russia on one side and Ukraine and its western allies on the other.

Ahh, sooooo.... We are back to business as usual as it has been on the border for the last seven years now?? They have been exchanging shells there now since my daughter was born. Across three American presidents now. Doesn't seem like anything new to me.

FWIW it was mortar rounds, pretty much every weekend in the Green Zone in Iraq, till just a couple of years ago.

Yes, I would hope Ukraine has enough control of its forces that it knows it's not a good look if it's the Azov battalion. Depends on where this occurred, because Azov is usually in Mariupol'.

Here's an excellent article about Ukrainian Nazi resurgence as NATO covers its eyes and ears and opens its wallet and military aid to what seem yo be Nazi sympathizers at the very least.

FWIW do we actually trust any of the potential combatants? Russia NO, Ukraine NO, US NO, UK NO, France NO, Germany NO, Trudeau's Vichy Canada, LOL, when it comes down to it I am very interested in the Polish perspective on all this.

Right now, NATO is fueling a resurgence of Nazism in Ukraine for the sake of a stronger position in its struggle with Russia. This is absolutely inexcusable. In the shadow of the Holocaust, the briefest flutter of militant Nazism should be met with force.

All eyes are on Ukraine right now, but the most dangerous piece on the board is being ignored.

So, our Intelligence and Biden were right.

Putin's playbook, false flags. Does anyone really believe Ukraine wants war?

If he's so tough, why not just invade? Why make up stuff?

False flag to go into Ukraine. Who's surprised? No one should be.

Putin worked for the KGB. He’s a dark arts man, basically an excuses man. He knows not one person would really believe these false flag events - not one with a brain. However, we are not over run these days with much in the way of intellectuals. So it is enough, a pretext. Sadly predictable.

It's not difficult to figure this one out.

Whatever side the current illegitimate American president supports are the ones pushing for conflict.

The real question is who is pulling the other one's strings?

Is Ukraine manipulating Biden because he's compromised in Ukraine or is Biden manipulating Ukraine into a war to distract from the Durham report which could collapse this house of cards?

What could Russia possibly gain from this?

The consequences are greater than the reward.

If Russia were able to get the US involved on a large military scale then yes, there would be a lot of advantages for Russia.

For the US to be drawn into a long military conflict with Russia would stretch America's resources thin.

This would give China an advantage to proceed aggressively with its expansion.

Throw NK into the mix as the rabid dog loyal to China and we have a party.

Through all this, should America appear to come out on top, one side will unleash another virus and blame would fly in each direction.

Once China cuts you off from all the big American factories in the mainland, you are done.

The Chinese know hardship.

The Russians know hardship.

The North Koreans know hardship.

America wants to understand white rage and is threatening to implode on itself.

I take everything you say, flip it, and then arrive at sensible conclusions.

So in a way I guess a thank you is in order.

Your consistency is what makes it work.

Will we really ever know what's going on over there? It's starting to get the same feel as the constant back and forth between Israel and Hamas terrorist run Gaza with fingers constantly pointing at each other...

Violations of the ceasefire agreement in the region occur regularly, sometimes with the use of heavy weapons.

Apparently, there are "Pro-Russian terrorists" in the area trying to stir things up in the region.

Our intelligence has been saying a Russian invasion was imminent for about week. Have they invaded?

How is Russia allegedly shelling a kindergarten a false flag for a Russian invasion? Wouldn't that be something Ukraine would possibly do to gain sympathy?

Again I trust no one in the region, Ukraine and the US included as well as Russia and the rest of NATO, cause if you don't think Biden wants the distraction and deflection a Russian invasion gives him, you are very much mistaken. Along with if you aren't slightly concerned about Ukraine's Nazi underbelly, it makes for a situation America should steer clear of instead of playing World Police again.

Again imagine a battalion of Nazi sympathizers supported by Russian in Mexico. Because that is what Putin's Russia has in his backyard in Ukraine. It's more than obvious that America enjoys Putin's current dilemma. Plenty of media both American and European support this growing concern, it's not a new issue.

The Resurgence of Nazism in Ukraine
BY LUKE BEIRNE
During the Holocaust, over 1.2 million Jewish people were murdered by Nazis and their collaborators in Ukraine.

Ukraine is now experiencing a militarized resurgence of Nazism. In 2014, a Ukrainian neo-Nazi militia called Azov Battalion was formed to combat Russian separatism. It was then incorporated into the national guard, making it an official part of the Ukrainian military. There is no secrecy about the unit’s ideological commitments. Azov members wear uniforms adorned with SS symbols, swastikas, and patches celebrating Nazism. Its leader once stated that “The historic mission of our nation in this critical moment is to lead the White Races of the world in a final crusade for their survival.”

Azov Battalion has not only been legitimized by the Ukrainian government but has received support and training from both Canada and the United States. The unit’s officers have spoken publicly about the training they have received from Western military powers and the support that they have in Ukraine’s diaspora communities in North America.

Neo-Nazism is not a fringe movement in Ukraine. It has been steadily gaining a foothold, working its way back into the state, and maintains a presence in both the police and military, the most immediate arms of the state’s repressive apparatus. Nazism in Ukraine is also enabling the strengthening of the ideology elsewhere. It has been alleged that an underground division of Azov recruits white supremacists youth across Europe and offers them military training. Azov allegedly collaborates with American neo-Nazis, and American neo-Nazis have even traveled to Ukraine to fight.

BTW an excellent resource for the current situation in Ukraine such as from 2 hours ago...

Russian Foreign Ministry comments on response: it is inappropriate to demand to withdraw troops from certain regions of Russia. Russia demands Ukraine implements Minsk agreements, the West should stop weapons delivery to Ukraine, withdraw what was delivered already, recall all instructors and advisors from Ukraine, prohibit NATO joint exercises with Ukraine. Russia demands all U.S. troops and weapons withdrawal from Central and Eastern Europe, Baltic countries. Russia expects proposals on non-expansion of NATO. Russia highlights that questions on arms control cannot be considered separately from other points

The thing you need to remember is that the rest of the world is not the intended audience for Putin's lies. It's the people of Russia.

Look back at how Russia handled MH-17. No one who had looked at the available facts could even remotely believe any of Putin's countless stories about how it was Russia's fault. But the Kremlin controls most of the media in Russia. So the Russian people are only seeing what Putin wants them to see. As a result his ridiculous stories become believable.

S-400,the ones some of our allies had gotten hold of their weaknesses are easily exploited. 25 ft and above engagement zone. ground skimming active seeker weapons can hit them. Glide bombs with GPS location dropped outside the range of the s-400 can also nail them since they are not locked on like a active seeker is.

Ukraine does not have a f-22 or f-35 though so your mileage may vary.

Anyway ukraine has become a dictatorship so i really dont care anymore.

While 'false flag' seems highly likely, there's lots of conjecture on who will be doing it. Never forget the Bay of Pigs.

If true, I'm suprised they'd still follow through with this after we called them out on these half assed plans a week before this happened.
