The Russian information and analytical portal Medium has published an article that provides facts about the US intentions to unleash a biological war in Ukraine.

Medium writes that on February 10, 2022, the US Department of Defense sent samples of the smallpox virus to its military biological laboratory in Kharkov on a special military aircraft.
The US State Department is preparing a provocation with the use of biological weapons in Kharkov. According to Western sources, the White House ordered the military to transport and prepare the variola virus for use in combat and crisis situations.

Thanks to the leak of information, it became known that the US military plans to unleash a regional war in Ukraine at the beginning of March 2022, where they will carry out a provocation using biological weapons. Information will be circulated in the media that some Russian saboteurs have destroyed a biological laboratory from which an active strain of the variola virus was leaked.

Back in 2013, the US Department of Defense, on the basis of the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine, built a biological laboratory, where it began to bring dangerous strains of viruses. The laboratory itself is located at the address: Kharkov, Pomerki district, st. Pushkinskaya, 83, 40 kilometers from the border with Russia.

The contractor was the American engineering company Black & Veatch, the same one that has already built biological laboratories for the Pentagon in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan since 2001.

The project to surround Russia with biological objects is being carried out by a special division of the Pentagon called the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). In Ukraine, this activity is supervised by the US Embassy in Kiev.

Over the past two months, 7 special cargoes have been sent to the US Kharkov Biological Laboratory under the guise of military assistance to Ukraine. It is noteworthy that the sender is the Fort Detrick US Army Biological Research Center in Maryland. The locals called this place the "House of Death".

Not surprisingly, on the territory of this military camp, Pentagon microbiologists are modernizing deadly infections, including smallpox, bubonic plague, dengue fever, and anthrax, increasing their resistance to modern vaccines and drugs.

This could be the real motivation for Russia relocating their equipment and personnel so any attempted false flag is transparently self inflicted.

Ukraine itself does not have control over military bio-laboratories on its territory. Under the 2005 Agreement between the US Department of Defense and the Ukrainian Department of Health, the Ukrainian government is prohibited from publicly disclosing confidential information about the US program. Ukraine is also required to transfer all dangerous pathogens to the US Department of Defense for biological research. Under this Agreement, the Pentagon was granted access to many state secrets of Ukraine.

good news is not only is the release of a biological weapon intentionally wildly illegal by international law, it's wildly unpopular, with almost every citizen of every country, so if some idiot was stupid enough to release a bio weapon, they would be crushed by their own populace long before any international body could enact punishment.

Much more so for those who have had chem warfare training, and understand not only the death associated with this kind of thing, but the horrible manner in which death occurs. To do that to another human is unfathomable to anyone with a conscience.

One of the Pentagon laboratories is located in Kharkiv, where in January 2016, at least 20 Ukrainian soldiers died due to a flu-like virus in just 2 days, and another 200 were hospitalized. The Ukrainian government has not officially announced the deaths of Ukrainian soldiers in Kharkiv. As of March 2016, 364 deaths have been officially reported in Ukraine, 81.3% of which are due to swine flu A (H1N1) pdm09, the same strain that caused a global pandemic in 2009.

Since January 2018, 37 people with hepatitis A have been hospitalized in Nikolaev. Local police launched an investigation into “infection with the human immunodeficiency virus and other incurable diseases.” Three years ago, more than 100 people contracted cholera. Both diseases are thought to be spread through contaminated drinking water.

In the summer of 2017, 60 people with hepatitis A were hospitalized in the city of Zaporozhye, the cause of this outbreak is unknown.

In the Odessa region in June 2017, 19 children from an orphanage were hospitalized with hepatitis A.

29 cases of hepatitis A were registered in Kharkiv in November 2017. The virus has been found in drinking water. One of the Pentagon's biology labs in Kharkiv has been blamed for a deadly flu outbreak a year ago that killed 364 Ukrainians.

A new highly virulent cholera infection has appeared in Ukraine and Russia. In 2011, there was an outbreak of cholera in Ukraine. 33 patients were hospitalized for treatment for severe diarrhea. A second outbreak hit the country in 2014, when more than 800 people across Ukraine were reported to have contracted the disease. In 2015, at least 100 new cases were registered in Nikolaev.

In 2014, a new highly virulent cholera strain similar to the Ukrainian strain was registered in Moscow. According to a genetic study by the Russian Anti-Plague Research Institute, the cholera strain isolated in Moscow is similar to the bacterium that caused the epidemic in neighboring Ukraine.

By 1972, the smallpox vaccine was no longer given routinely in the United States. As a result, most people born in the United States after 1972 have not been vaccinated against the disease. Some people have been vaccinated through the military or because they were part of Smallpox Response Teams that were formed after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. These vaccination efforts are part of the larger plan to prepare for a bioterrorist attack. Smallpox would spread around the world in a matter of weeks if it was re-introduced, so I highly doubt that is the plan. Although I do I wonder how the anti-vax crowd would feel if a virus was circulating that killed 3/10 of the people it infects and maims/disfigures the rest.

False flags and release of bioweapons is the modus operandi of the US government. I would not be surprised in the least if this scenario came to pass in Ukraine. The US government is desperate about losing Ukraine.

During a special military operation, the facts of the Kiev regime's emergency cleanup of traces of a military biological program funded by the US Department of Defence implemented in Ukraine were revealed.

We have received documentation from employees of Ukrainian biological laboratories on the emergency destruction of especially dangerous pathogens of plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera and other deadly diseases on February 24.

Now the documents are being analyzed by Russian specialists of NBC protection troops.

It is obvious that with the beginning of a special military operation, the Pentagon had serious concerns about the disclosure of conducting secret biological experiments on the territory of Ukraine.
