Funny how N.K. is presiding this time over UN Nuke Talks?

Imagine their leaders using the money, instead, to feed their starving and disease ridden population.

Secretly, I believe our overlords keep North Korea around because they enjoy the human suffering.

What does North Korea profit from, literally, alienating themselves from all peace deals and treaties - they're their own worst enemy. Their people are too emaciated to rise up too.
