I made the decision to get jabbed so I could provide for the family and hopefully my son will not have to take the risk.

But the steady stream of doom porn here, contradictory stories on the news, while be separated from the family (they are in Florida while I work in Alaska), with the added bonus of less than 4 hrs sunlight a day it's all starting to get to me.

I noticed a weird feeling in my legs and all the stressors started to get me and I started panicking, that it was a negative effect from the jab.

Finally sat down and went let's think this through, I looked at my Diet, and my exercise regime... heavy salt in my diet, little to no exercise (its been -40 and I work at a desk) and I am old 49. Started cleaning up my diet and getting more active and then the issues subsided.

The point to this ramble, while its great and fine to report on things, or even run with a theory but put the thought into it that can make it easier to show the points you are trying to connect, and less absolute statements with poorly sourced videos.

I over think everything one of my faults, in this situation it allowed me to come full circle and realize I was letting things lead me down a path of fear, that had other reasons for the leg issues every bit as responsible as the fear based doom porn.

Lotta folks dont continue to nibble at the bone of information and take things at face value, which can lead to a very bad place and with all the lockdowns and fear porn 24/7 on the news suicide is a major problem and its getting worse.

Diet is very important. I would think you'd be eating a lot of salmon and don't forget carrots and greens since you were brought up on them. Bear meat, do they sell it there?

I am sure they do I just haven't figured out where to get it from yet.

I have started working bison meat into my diet, I am waiting for the weather to break a bit (I can handle being outside at -10 to -20 and I can then try ice fishing.

Once spring gets here, I will be fishing and teaching my son to fish as well so fish will be a huge part of the diet through to the fall.

Reduce your ATS consumption, buy some of those sunlight bulbs, and note that after the 21st.....the days start getting longer.

100 % true that mental health is just as important if not more So than physical health. Definitely step away from anything you feel affects you negatively.

What do you mean by 'mental health', and how did you come to this conclusion?

Important from what perspective, to whom, etc.?

We all have karmic debts to pay, and consistent perfect health on any (let alone all) level(s) would be detrimental to that objective. It's good to go a bit crazy every now and then - I would so far as to say it's healthy.

Physical health is about functionality and retaining your soul in the physical body a bit longer. How does that have anything to do with mental health, which can be almost anything you define it as?
