Flu or cold remedy. Take quarter onion, hot chilli pepper (powder or fresh if possible) , garlic cloves around three per portion. Chop and crush all these.
Take half lemon squeeze juice into receptacle. Fresh ginger or powder also and one spoonful of honey.

Some cinnamon powdered or stick.

Add water boiling hot. Drink after cooling. If use glass use metal spoon or prepare in seperate container.

Whiskey or Brandy can also be added. Although I don't add spirits/liquor.

Other herbs and spices can be added to personal taste.

This might make you sick but if you can keep it down it will help kill your infection.

As in "Artemisia absinthium" I had no idea it was good for the reason you said.

I know it was good for anti parasites like worms and things. can't find it in any health shops so will have to web order.
Apparently there's a black walnut mixture.
I was already looking into getting some.

had no idea it was good against colds and flu. Now that is very interesting. thank you.
