I don't disagree... and I've acknowledged them at least a couple times. But those same Feminists hate you and me too for fraternizing with the enemy. They hate us for being mothers. It's not like they've only trashed men. Men don't have it any worse than women when it comes to those Feminists.

Feminists have berated men for being men for so long that some of those men want to be women. And instead of rewarding these new women for casting off their masculinity Feminists are instead upset because these new women aren't women enough for them?

Feminists come in all sorts of flavors and styles. There are Second Wave Fems and Third Wave Fems and now a Fourth Wave Fem, all focused on different issues and purposes. There are Rad Fems, and Lib Fems, and even Trad Fems, all living by different philosophies.

Some Feminists have "berated men for being men" -- not all! Some of those Feminists are quite happy to accept men can be women and pretend that some men are women -- not all. Let them. But not ALL women have "berated men for being men," and not ALL women are feminists. So why are you so happy to throw MOST to the wolves because of some? How is that in any way fair? Right? Just? Practical?

Nor do men "want to be women" because women berated them for being men. If anything, the major "inspiration" for men to be women is sissy porn. Not Feminism. Women don't have that power over men. It's their own depraved and perverted porn addled minds. I'm sure it's much more fun to blame women... but men do it to themselves.

And for the record, the same Feminists who have "berated men for being men" have likewise berated women for being women... for NOT berating men. For having relationships with men. For being married and having children and putting family before career and so on and so forth. Then they were told to stop, by the very "people" they were trying to help. The reason they were told to stop was that they wanted Hilary to be able to use is as a platform to campaign in Arizona. Think that through.

In the 60's through the 90's the Democratic Party championed the Women's Liberation movement. Now it is the Alphabet Crowd, with women being thrown under the bus.

It's not but it happens.

Men have been driven away by decades of the whole "a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle" rhetoric. Then you have to acknowledge that in the drive to make society equal for women, things have actually been so geared toward us that they have been made hostile to our sons. There are actually more women in colleges and earning degrees than men, for example, and that's in all racial categories. It starts young.

We could also talk about family court and divorce laws. They aren't exactly fair to men either.

Now I'm not saying that men are all pure as the wind driven snow, but society needs to take a new and honest look at things where men are concerned. If women really do need men like a fish needs a bicycle, then it shouldn't be assumed that a woman is automatically the victim in any divorce. She isn't always.

The problem is that these are the voices that have been heard in society. Just like the trans movement are the voices that are heard in society.

We could go back to the gay marriage debate when there were voices saying that the government had no place in rewriting marriage for everyone because it would lead to attacks on religious liberty. We were told that it wouldn't, but it does and has and continues to.

The trans movement is the same. We were told that no one would abuse it that trans just wanted to be equal. Well, here we are as women, losing our identities to men out to prove they can be better women than we ever could.

I'm not going to compete in the Victim Olympics here. We're all getting screwed one way or another -- if not multiple ways! -- by lots of people. Trans activism and its impact upon children and women's rights is just one issue to be dealt with.

And none of it excuses or justifies letting ALL women be harmed because SOME women are fools.

It was no skin off your nose because you agreed with how it was done.

Now here comes an issue where you are a victim of it in a real, tangible way, and you need allies and you wonder why people who agree with how the government is letting it be done aren't listening to you aren't listening to you? Well, it's for the same reason you didn't listen to us - it's no skin off their nose and they disagree with you. They don't care that men are in your dressing room or competing against you or that you can't properly call yourself a woman anymore. They aren't losing those things.

Ask yourself, do you like losing those things? And does it hurt? Now look at your new allies. How many of us lost our rights to openly keep our marriage beliefs before the law before we started losing our rights to be women?

No, not at all. I'm quite happy to let everyone determine what marriage is to them, for the same reason I expect others to let me and my husband determine what marriage is to us. But fundamentally speaking, historically and currently, "Marriage" is a union between two people pledging their love and their lives to each other. The first recorded marriage was long before any religion claimed it as theirs and only theirs to define. Over the centuries, marriage has taken many forms, been defined in many ways, and served many purposes -- within and without the context of religion. Including same sex marriages, plural marriages, arranged marriages, marriages of convenience...

...so you thought there was no big deal to letting the government define marriage however they want.

Actually, I think government should get the hell out of everyone's marriage. It's not for them to define either. It is not their place to restrict marriage to man and woman any more than it's their place to determine which men and women can marry each other. And certainly not in accordance with anyone's religious beliefs, which then violates the 1st amendment rights of anyone and everyone who believes differently. Government also must practice equal application of the law, so government has no business writing laws for one group and not for another, especially when those laws provide protections and privileges under the law.

Forcing others to participate in anyone's wedding and/or marriage -- in any way and for any reason -- is entirely unacceptable and unconscionable. But that is a different question with different solutions.
