Well yeah that's what China wants.

It's no secret that Neo-Nazi groups and street gangs encourage their members to join the military to get combat training and access to weapons. There are already rules in place that are supposed to root these people out but the military is so desperate for bodies they're pretty lax on doing a thorough background check.

It seems like all this new policy does is make sure the current rules are being followed.

Democrats know when it comes down to SHTF they don't have control of the military. Gotta work on getting out those "extremists" who won't blindly follow orders against their fellow citizens.

Im not sure about hidden messages but the obvious message here is SJW/ LGBT-QQ/BLM and that we for some reason need more trans and other LGBT-QQ's in the military. Soon we will have drag uniforms with with lipstick and on high heals in the battlefield.
