The vena cava filters you get at Dollar General stores are just as good.

Well, did they fly you from your ranch, or did you seek medical attention at a lesser facility before the transfer by helicopter? Did you get pics?? J/k...

I read the first paragraph and figured it was something like a clot from Deep Vein Thrombosis. Typical symptoms, you need to eat more onions. Although, it is kind of hard to regulate your blood thickness if you are on blood thinners and eat quite a bit of onions.

Good luck with getting better, hopefully they can break the clots and you heal good quickly.

I have known quite a few people who had clots coming from the legs over the years, they know how to fix things at the hospital, nobody I know died from it if they went to the doctor in a reasonalbe time. It is not something you ignore though, I do know some people who died or got serious lung damage from not going get it checked out.

I’ve read your posts on here for a few years. I think in a past life you must have been a medicine man!
Sounds like you are retired but I think you’d be great in the holistic medicine world!
