On Saturday, protesters gathered in hordes outside the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, calling for the Microsoft founder to be arrested. While you might believe this happened in America, it actually took place in London, where just like here, people are fed up with lockdowns, mask mandates, and vaccine requirements.

And now in the UK Extinction Rebellion has morphed into Insulate Britain and they’re blocking freeways causing a massive increase in pollution and climate changing chemicals as well as putting lives at risk preventing ambulance crews from attending emergencies. Apparently one of the main dudes in it is such a hypocrite that he wont insulate his house or put double glazing in. If these idiots had any sense they’d block stuff that effects the politicians it’s not the public like Downing St or The Houses Of Parliament.

Shouting at Bill Gates is fine but it’s rather feeble. I wish those independent stock market traders who successfully manipulated share prices could do it to Microsoft and all the other tech giants that are publicly traded.

I'm amazed the media isn't saying the crowd was chanting "We Trust Bill Gates."

Is that what you really think?
The BBC here is fairly left of centre.

The US media here is ridiculously "left or center" and they had an incident just last week where a large crowd of American patriots were chanting "fck Joe Biden" and the media claimed they were shouting "Thank you Brandon." So don't think I drew that idea out of thin air.

Your US media is a bit different to the Beeb. We Brits are not so easily fooled.

...most of the positions I've seen you adopt on ATS, the politicians you defend, the US policies you choose to attack or champion have run in almost perfect lock-step to the US media's propaganda, so I wouldn't say that second sentence too loudly.

No doubt Bill was moved to tears .... of laughter.
There are more important things to protest/
