Why does Biden allow top staffers to be exempt from being vaccinated.?
Most likely, he is not vaccinated either.
It is a fact that President Biden has lied to America several times about covid-19 and vaccinations.
No reason to believe that this video is not just another deception.

"spanner in the works"
It's just a saying meaning to prevent something happening smoothly or in the manner it was planned.
I picked it up form my Grandpa.

No sh#. I am British after all but who says that here?
Not really all that dangerous. IV it's unproblematic up to very large amounts that won't fit into any syringes I know, UNLESS you have an open Foramen Ovale (~1 out of 3 people) which the president would most definitely know. IM I'm not so sure, but I don't see an issue there aside from the pressure put on the tissue and the risk of infection if the air isn't sterile.

Extremely dangerous to put air into you like that. If it was a small bit of liquid then it seemed quick enough. I highly doubt it was air though

I've heard of that phrase.
I would also use the phrase "a sandwich short of a picnic" for a lot of the anti vaxxers.

or "the lights are on but nobody is home" for those just following orders to carry on as normal and eat in McDs.
