What funky about the Islam's take on angels, and Jinn, is that Angel have no freewill, where the Jinn have it. Then there the robotic Golem from Judaism, along without the magic of Disney, Pinocchio, whose almost an android.

Then there is Satan(no idea depends on the book), aalong with Frankenstein monster whose probably akin to some kind necro cyborg.
