In this 1985 CNN special report, 60Ghz EMF is specifically mentioned as a weapon:

Any thoughts on taking carbonyl iron supplements as a defense? My understanding is that carbonyl iron was once used in stealth technology.

Probably would work about as well as taking fish tank cleaner to fight Covid.

...how? ...how would taking carbonyl iron supplements... protect you from an EMF attack?

You know your body just gets rid of the iron it can't use right? Which in the case of iron supplements, means usually most of it.

Ironically—and it pains me to say this—a tinfoil hat might actually work better.

The carbonyl iron absorbs the waves. The problem is with the heat release.

So even if this did work, you'd basically get microwaved?

Doesn't sound like much of a defense.

Fish tanker checking in. Still covid free, never been healthier. My fish on the other hand, not so good. With the price of groceries nearly doubling since biden took office I was forced to put them on the chopping block. Id like to find a new job to make ends meet but there are no openings for lead shopping cart retriever in my area and im too overqualified to work as a junior cart retriever so no one will hire me. There's just not a lot of opportunity right now so I think the man upstairs probably gifted me this downtime to reflect and come up with some fresh ideas to improve cart retrieval routes. Im super-motivated to get back in the industry once this fish virus passes. Hope y'all are doing well, and god bless.

Xirs, you have it all wrong. Just have to tune your body to the same frequency of the 60hz DEW and wear rubber shoes so you dont ground to the earth.

Lol. Maybe if you wore it. Your body doesn't store it like a shield.

Great video I second InfoLurker there.

You might want to look up Jessy Ventura's episode called The Brain Invaders.

You may like this as well.
(it's a bit misleading as the mesh he uses is only one inch mesh and we do not know what metal it is made using BUT length and wavelength?)

Still you probably wont' see me wearing a tin foil hat.

But there is good evidence that EM does interfere with many peoples health and also even affects plant life according to many folks and I personally believe they are correct.

Luckily, the human body is not very conductive so although effects to humans are possible, they aren’t likely unless the EMP is exceptionally strong and of an extended duration.

Some of the possible affects are:

-Cellular mutations
-Nervous system damage
-Internal burns
-Brain damage
-Temporary problems with thinking and memory

Again it is very unlikely that a human imposed EMP strike could cause damage to the human body.

Pertaining directly to your question, nothing you put in your body can help you from possible damage cause by ionizing radiation or even prolonged non ionizing radiation. Once it penetrates your skin the damage is done.

There is more than enough research to suggest that EMF is indeed VERY harmful to human beings and other life form's.

A strong field may create affects more quickly but exposer over a prolonged period to even low levels can be deleterious to human health.

At the moment though we are seeing people simply do not care, they plant high powered microwave transmitters on there ear for hours at a time.

I find my self in agreement about a tin foil hat. Now that is an odd feeling too. I am thinking I have never heard of supplements called carbonyl iron. So, I looked it up. It is a real thing, but it is used to solve iron deficiency. That would not be a cure for a carbon loaded graphene molecule if that was the point of the OP.

That electricity coming out of your wall is billions of times more powerful than your everyday EMF. Ever heard of someone getting electrocuted from the broadcast of their local radio station?

Well cell phone transmissions are non ionizing so I wouldn't call them high powered microwave transmitters. However I wouldn't argue that prolonged exposure to the cell phone's transmissions is harmless. Much of the research is inconclusive due to the fact that many EMF producing technologies have emerged in the past few decades, which have not given researchers enough time to adequately study the long term health effects of a wide range of exposures.

The 60Hz magnetic wave that comes out of the wall (not the outlet) is low frequency and passes through the body with very little effect. Higher frequencies are absorbed by the water in your body/cells, it is how a microwave oven cooks food (2.45Ghz). High enough power microwaves can cause cataracts.

The research I've read showed that certain wavelengths only penetrate skin, while others are able to penetrate subcellular, affecting the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. For example, 1-5 Ghz are able to affect the voltage gate ion channels in the cell membranes:

Problem here is that calcium signaling is a second messenger, and when its aberrantly activated, it inhibits our immune responses and can lead to neural degeneration.
