I dont think there is any way around it. We know that they are able to listen in anytime they want. Everything you do is in a data base somewhere. Its also retrievable.

I really don't think they'll get away with not doing the same, soon.

Not that anyone else really makes phones anymore.
PS, iphones have always been terrible

Android was better for a long time, but these days...
I just miss my old blackberry.
