Please help me find a presentation.

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this but I'm looking for a talk that was clearly filmed at a conference and the subject material was about how close the Nazis came to having nukes.

He went into detail about their largest "rubber" factory that made heavy water. He went in depth about their miniaturization tech, how they went from tubes to circuts, how they made the first guided missile that used TV technology. He was a larger man if that helps anyone ring a bell.

Talk was in 2 parts and in the late 2000s I found it and tried to save it but many PCs later and its lost, was on YouTube.
The guy looks like Phil Schneider the ufo guy. Post whatever you think could be it and I will go through them!
