If I put on my skeptic hat....I would say that a jellyfish is considered. There’s not a lot of frame of reference for sizing the white object. Having the three arms would be the result of an accident out in the wild as oppose to the laboratory controlled experiment shown below.....Can I stretch it even further to attempt to explain?

Perhaps the jellyfish was cut byyyyyyyy the super slow trolling speed of the divers boat motor...It’s a stretch, nevertheless a possibility until proven wrong....
