USO or underwater critter?

I do not see too many of these types of posts on the ufo sighting websites so here goes:

An underwater diver off Belize caught this video on a recent dive and says he has been diving for 10 years, and never seen anything like this:

I'm thinking it might be a drone skimming the surface just above the water and photographed from under relatively shallow water.

Looks small. Trolling outrigger? Fishing gear?

The diver should have heard the boat props going by if that is the case.

First thing that came to mind is the bottom part of a bikini being swept away by the current.

Seriously, though, this is intriguing. Good catch!

The depth is shown as 39 feet, on the camera. But the footage has been edited, as can be seen by the same data being cut out of the footage. Perhaps, an attempt to acquire the raw footage is worthwhile?

Looks like a fishing lure being fished using a kite from an outrigger.

I think it’s a pretty awesome catch!

I've been thinking lately that maybe those Mantra Rays can fly.... they do have a wide span... 23 feet and then they go back under the water and report to their masters...

At around the 7 second mark there seems to be 2 little blobs or objects running in the same direction as the anomaly.
Low down in the screen.
Maybe they are fishing weights?

Yeah, it looks like something small that washed by the camera. I wonder if he only saw it after reviewing the footage.

Actually , at the time of the video , they hadn't caught anything.

Looks like it could be.
Or even an underwater camera drone. Not seeing any bubbles or a wake behind it though.
At the beginning of the video you can also see what I’m assuming is the depth of the diver which is at approx 39 ft.

I didn't see any fins or obvious means of propulsion. Anyone else?

i'm thinking a sea walnut or some sort of jellyfish.

Here are some closer pic to scrutinize.....

I don’t know what it could be. I do think there is an undercurrent. The white thing in question is preceded by smaller white things. At one point the green arrow white thing supersedes the orange arrow white thing.

The main white thing shape is unusual of course.
