The video captured by the US navy ships..


It seemed like a display, almost like an exhibition.


There are no other countries (as far as I know) that are releasing similar footage. So far they look otherworldly and they possibly have a base or something underneath the oceans.


The trajectories of these vehicles seems like tentative first steps. Showcasing the ability to submerge. It feels like a scripted release coming from the MIC.


What makes this whole presentation even more incredulous to me is that both sides of the MSM finally has a story they all present with a unified consensus.


Some influential people within the UFO community have jumped onto the footage as well, and are not entertaining the possibility that these are terrestrial encounters.


So basically the narrative seems to be otherworldly.

Globalisation is a difficult endeavor. People need to want to sign up, and right now that's not going so well.

A war with China would be very messy.


An "alien threat" would unite a lot of nations, and absolve them from liability should these things become hostile and attack any country that doesn't toe the line.


This would also provide cover in the case of a real first contact, lumping all ufos together as hostile.


If the government knew that an extraterrestrial race wished to make formal contact in a public display, they might have very 'valid' reasons to prevent this at all costs and therefore create the narrative that e.t. is hostile.


If a race of e.t.'s are advanced enough to reach us, it stands to reason they have surpassed the critical juncture in their history where terrible weapons and outdated politics ought to have destroyed them.

They would know the answer to peace, and they would instantly see the pyramid hierarchy ruling our world for what it is, and present a solution to outgrow it, effectively destroying our system.


No government would allow that to happen.


This is just a thought experiment, and may very well be way off the mark.

I think that these UFO/USO encounters have been occuring for all of recorded history. Meaning that if it is a species of ET then, they have been here longer than us. We may very well be their science experiment, for reasons known probably only to a very few. If they were to announce their presence it would rock the religious world. There would be chaos around the world. It is in TPTB's best interest to keep them concealed from us. I personally feel they have bases under ground and at the bottom of the Ocean.

So, entertaining this current thought, these weapons seem really effective in targeting underwater bases as well as any drone aircraft by jamming their controls.

I doubt the government will show any real ones in any releases. Tiny glimpses of secrete projects along with an overwhelming amount misidentified object videos.

The UAP has been preferably used by the MOD because its the truth, unidentified aerial phenomenon, the alien script has been ripped up we are working with a new narrative here, the UAPs are interdimensional, they are of this earth, this earth that is no where near wholly visible to our material senses. Thoughtforms, elemental spirits, egregores all exist and more, whether they are a product of imagination is irrelevant, consciousness creates, and these energies adapt and live on even after their unconscious curse or cure has been fulfilled.

It’s a great thought experiment. One that shouldn’t be discredited or scoffed at. There isn’t a single government entity that I trust. I trust the people who are there to do their job, but I don’t trust those who determine policies and narratives with the information collected by the people doing their job. I don’t trust anyone who pursues votes and it’s more than apparent that their theatre for drama and attention knows no bounds, both domestic and internationally.

If it’s possible that China would weaponized a virus that has so far killed 3.5 million people, and if it’s possible the American CIA could kill off its own President, and if it’s possible our government could orchestrate an attack on its own soil to force a country into a war for oil and global reach...then this scenario is equally as possible. Modern technology is making it easier and easier for their theatrics to be more dramatic. Taking advantage of a peaceful alien encounter to “unite” the people...not an otherworldly possibility.

I agree with you,and have been saying the same about the recently released info:
My take on a lot of the orb style UFOS are that most are some kind of plasma based "thing" possibly naturally occuring and influenced by electro magnetic fields-often seen near volcanos.

However,I think the recent spate around the US navy ships are part of a reseach project -essentially using the same phenomena but controlling it-or actually generatingw the plasma with directed energy.

Everyone keeps saying these "things" are hundreds of years ahead of our tech-That only rings true if the objects are solid,powered vehicles.
If they are a form of plasma-The US Navy are well able to create and likley direct such phenomena at crazy speeds.

Lasers,if powerful enough, can generate plasma wherever the laser is focused.

The article/video explains how lasers can superheat a "ball" of air,turning the electrons in that air into plasma.
So when you move that laser,when its focused at a certain range,that ball of plasma(which we see as a round light)is not moving across the sky-but the air at the point of focus of the laser is turned into plasma.

What does that look like from the ground/in a plane?

It looks like a ball of light moving across the sky at whatever speed you direct the laser...giving the impression of a moving "orb."

Multiple laser focus points would presumably be able to make a "fleet" of plasma balls.
This obviously has military applications-it could be used to make enemys think they are under surveillance/attack by an unknown force.
It can be used to crate false eyewitness reports,AND it shows up on radar.
Oh and another important point-plasma can be generated underwater,and using the above tech,I would say can be made to appear to zip around at crazy speeds underwater.Water doesn't stop lasers from working,it just "bends" their path slightly,which can be accounted for.

The Navy may be messing around with a Submarine mounted laser.


Knowing the above,this is what the Navy are testing/playing with IMO.
I would love the pentagon to reveal they have evidence of extraterrestrials-but if they have they will NEVER release such info due to national security-because of course its a bad move to show what you know(or do not know) to your earthly adversaries.

Hey everyone,I was just watching a vid on YT about the "tic tac" footage and the vid below claims the video footage was first leaked back in 2007 onto ATS by a user named "thefinaltheory."



Go to the 30 second mark to see them describe ATS being the site the video was leaked to.
The video claims the user gained acess to the video when serving on a US aircraft carrier.

Does anyone know-Is it the case that the tic tac vid was first uploaded here at ATS?
I had not heard that before-I know that the vid was released by the Pentagon later,but maybe the fact it was leaked here forced their hand(or it was a calculated leak of info?) .

Also who was using lasers in ww2 when a bunch of pilots witnessed these glowing orbs and started calling them foo fighters?

I do think at least some of those ancient reports(and some more recent) were aliens/other dimensional visiting in actual physical ships,
But I think many of the orb like sightings are most likley to be a plasma phenomena of some kind-maybe similar to ball lightning-,which has only recently been sort of mimicked by the navy with their fancy high energy lasers.

For sure we've been visited though-I think its even possible we got genetically altered/enhanced by whatever visited us long ago.
