Question on becoming a member of PTS

I think this is funny. I cant get on PTS, because my log in doesnt work there.
Do i have to apply to go there?

Funnier yet, will my application be approved?

My thread was moved there and i'd like to be a part of it.

What do i do?
Do i change my name? It says i cant log in under my name cause i already exist
