My newest album purchase... Black Coffee - Peggy Lee

I recently discovered this album, and it has a wonderful laid back vibe.

Had to purchase a copy immediately, might need to get a mono switch for my system so I can begin buying her albums in the original format.

It's incredible the feeling that some of these oldies evoke.

Hopefully someone here will enjoy this as much as I did.

I'm a closet listener of this old jazz and "popular" as they called it back in the day. Peggy Lee is among the greats of her day. Good choice. Listening to Ronstadt cover some of these old tunes is a pleasure too.

I've definitely heard of Ronstadt before, but I don't think I've ever dived into any of her stuff.

Would you happen to have a starting point for me ?

She also did an album called Lush Life with the same style of music. I have both CD's.
