You seem to be the only person whining as it seems people who aren't white and male shouldn't have the same rights as them. That is the only thing that can be deducted to your OP if you actually read the article you posted.

Really?
I did read the article. It says what I said, and a lot of people are having the same reaction to it that I am.

You don't listen to me anyway.
I have been listening to you. You've latched on to the word equality. It's a nice buzzword, but it also implies that those groups don't have access to stuff now.
I latched on to it because it's what the article is all about, you seem to be ignoring it because you think equality is just a buzzword.

Explain to me how you ensure equality by prioritizing some.

What I find objectionable is the continued division by class and the apparent effort to replace on middle class with another more to the liking of the ruling class and by artificial means.
They aren't trying to life everyone up, but they're more trying to create a new, preferred reality by destroying another.
I don't have any issue with a policy that lifts all, but the constant elevating of some at the expense of others is the issue. Who cares if more BIPOC and women become small business owners? But this idea that they can only do so if less white males are business owners is destructive. There should be room for all, and in this case, the reality is that the government destroyed everyone, not just minorities or women, but all small business owners.
