Agreed.

If folks have never gotten a chance to see him speak they should when those opportunities present themselves in the future.
For me I got to see him close out Cisco Live US a few years ago and he made a statement that to this day still rings true.

While this is not verbatim, im grabbing the video and will add, it was generally the point of his message.
