BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Michigan Attorney Gives Behind the Scenes Update on the IT Inspection of the Antrim County Dominion Machines

On November 23, Matthew DePerno of DePerno Law Offices, LLC filed a lawsuit on behalf of Central Lake resident William Bailey, demanding Antrim County allow a forensic investigation of the Dominion voting machines after it was discovered that thousands of ballots cast for President Trump were counted as votes for Joe Biden.

Additionally, ballots were re-run through the Dominion tabulator machine after a 262-262 tie on a vote for a ballot initiative that would allow a marijuana establishment to be located within the Village of Central Lake. While ballots were being inserted into the machine, 3 of them were destroyed and were not placed through the tabulator. At the conclusion of the recount by the tabulating machine and with three fewer votes, the result was 262-261, and the initiative passed. Of course, this result could only be possible after 3 of the ballots were destroyed.

So....you destroy 3 ballots and the "recount" still doesn't match. But what I think is really crazy are the tabulations for school board. Wow.... Someone must have REALLY wanted Melanie Eckhardt on the School Board. I wonder if she is a Democrat?

Fair and honest elections are something that should be supported by BOTH parties. The fact that Democrats are trying to hard to obfuscate and impede audits of the machines should tell you everything you need to know.

I'm sure there will be the regular Dems who jump on this thread to "trash" this evidence. They routinely show up like bad pennies to desperately try to gaslight anyone who is willing to listen. ::insert eye roll here::

I hope all these "minor" issues being uncovered gain some traction, but I feel it may be too little, too late.

This is a very poorly written article... hard to get through. I wish they had expanded on this:

Following Judge Elsenheimer’s order for the forensic examination of the Dominion Voting machines, the unelected Township Administrator Peter Garwood informed Mr. Bailey that he would not allow the machines to be accessed until Monday at 11:00 am. DePerno explained that Garwood also contacted Dominion officials and suggested they come to the Antrim County building where the court-ordered examination was to take place.

Why on earth would he call the Dominion officials to be present? Why would that even be allowed? Did no one think to ask the administrator to explain himself?

As a result, DePerno and his client, William Bailey, were tasked with ensuring that the Dominion equipment inside the Antrim County building wouldn’t be tampered with before the team’s arrival.... A group of patriots from northern Michigan answered Mr. Bailey’s call for help. For two days and nights, in freezing cold weather, the group of brave, volunteer patriots stood ready and willing to protect the precious sanctity of our vote.

Good for them.

Oh, I'm certain that the Administrator used some excuse like "we wanted Dominion present in case there were any technical questions we can't answer...." Either way, I would think the Administrator's actions could be held in contempt by the judge if the judge felt he were impeding the order.

I'll give your thread about 5 minutes before the usual crew stating "but it wasn't enough to change the outcome" comes along.

I live in Georgia, and when I first heard of the water pipe break in Fulton County, I thought it was odd, but gave it the benefit of the doubt, then all the other things started popping up...vote changes discovered in several counties, monitors told to go home, etc. Even if each individual item may not seem significant, taken as a whole it just seems that something bad was going on behind the scenes.

I hope it at least wakes people up for future elections, but somehow I doubt it.

That's the funny thing about data. They should be able to review timestamps on when votes were entered and how they tabulated. While there is no doubt that the Supervisor telling people to go home and then pulling out suitcases of ballots to be run through without proper controls in place IS FRAUD (and should be prosecuted), I have yet to see the electronic time-stamped data showing how these ballots "totaled" against all results (both before and after).

For example, we should be able to see that prior to the 10:30 PM, ALL candidates on the ballot (not just Presidential races) had "x" totals. Then as they ran the contested ballots through the Tabulator, we should see time stamps associated with the incremental gains BY CANDIDATE as well as total ballots processed. None of that data has been made available... Logic says that if you gave the County Supervisor the benefit of the doubt (which is hard, given the totality of the evidence already presented), they would be ready and willing to allow that information to be provided to the public. But instead they want to wipe the machines and prevent access to them....also highly suspicious.

So far, there are a couple things that I see holding a good bit of factual basis.

Pennsylvania went against it's own election laws, as did Wisconsin.
Georgia didn't verify signatures much or at all. In recounts, they seemed to just count the same ballots again, which surprisingly offered the same result. If Ballot signatures were verified and the fraudulent one's removed, it would make more sense. Detroit appears to have done a few shady things.

One of the big ones for me was the claim that the same number of ballots were used for each candidate, but Biden won the vote count by 26% in Ware County GA. If that can be verified, it's the smoking gun in all this. If it turns out to be fake, I think things like that offer fuel to the haters and give them legitimacy. Even in my eyes. So I hope we don't have idiots parading lies just to make a headline, not being smart enough to realize the damage it can cause.

The military analyst who testified about the data packets routing outside the US and verifiable ties to China and Iran were pretty damning.

I am patient. The truth will come out. But I still feel like a Civil War is the only way we will be able to deal with this coup. Just as the past 4 years have uncovered the propaganda machine that is the mainstream media, so too has it uncovered that many of the high level cogs within our established "checks and balances" system are also compromised. Judges, Politicians, Government Administration - both at the state and federal levels. Not everywhere...but everywhere that matters for purposes of control.

On that one, it wasn't clear if he was looking at the web traffic for a particular voting machine, or the facility itself.
I'm technical enough to understand it(barely), but they didn't drill down to that level.

Bottom line is, there are a few things here that have enough merit warrant legitimate answers to legitimate questions. Even if they make someone's feelz hurt a bit.

But I cringe when I see the obvious biased threads using Gateway Pundit as a sole source. It just offers fuel to the haters. I'm more than tired of the smug, and would love for the smug to be slapped off the faces of many. But we need solid facts to work with.

Hope you are safe and good.

The Great Re-set is the agenda. There'd have to be a Revolution II to stop the momentum it has now.

Everyone currently in power either digs in like a tick ... or dies the death of ten million.

I can see the left seizing power and requesting military enforcement from the UN ... and then China.

Am I reading this right? You are posting that an attorney is taking on a legal case paid for by a citizen who believes that there was voter fraud through a suggestion that votes for a marijuana establishment showed disparities?

Did you actually read that yourself?

No worries...I feel the same way about Infowars...ha ha. However, the mainstream media propaganda control has pushed true investigative reporters to the fringe networks since the election. That's why I encourage people to dig deeper and verify whatever is reported.... Kind of hard to argue the screenshots of the tabulation counts, though, unless they've been photoshopped. If that's the case, I don't think the judge would have entertained the suit if the basis wasn't verified to trigger a deeper audit.

Yes, I've made a similar comment on several other threads. This division is being driven by design by the Chinese. They'd love nothing more than to swoop in and invade the US in the aftermath of a Civil War.

You clearly didn't pay close attention to the article and the point of it went WAAAAAYYYYYY over your head. Or perhaps it didn't and you are just here to gaslight.

Old news: The court has already granted access to the machines, the observers were able to "audit" the machines on Dec. 6, and they're expecting the follow-up filing by today or tomorrow.

Traverse City Record Examiner

The order follows an ex parte motion filed Nov. 23 by DePerno on behalf of Bailey, the resulting oral arguments held Dec. 3, and hinges on a Nov. 3 vote over a proposed Central Lake marijuana ordinance.

Read the actual filing. The court petition was about FAR MORE than just the marijuana vote. The guy wanted access to get copies of the election data which was granted by the court.

After 8 hours, the collection was complete. With 16 CF cards (similar to SIM cards), 16 thumb drives, and forensic images of the Dominion voting machines in hand, the IT team was escorted to the local Antrim County Airport by two Antrim County Sheriff vehicles, where they boarded their jet plane with evidence in hand.

I guarantee his forensic team is going over the data with a fine tooth comb. If everything is legit, as you claim, then what do you have to worry about????

I think America may be in Atari.

I wonder how many Lefties have played Wei Qi with and learned from Young Chinese University students with high IQs.
