A positive test result, indicates a positive test for the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus.
This 'supposedly' indicates the presence of the virus in the body.

Covid-19 is the illness associated with the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus.

If one is not ill : then it is not Covid-19.

Same as HIV-positive, is not the same as having Aids.

BTW : it's a yuge scam, them calling all positive tests, as 'cases'.
A medical 'case' : would be the illness, and not the positive test.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is the "go-to" for terminologies.

The CDC says if you test positive, you have Covid-19.

As far as I can tell the vast majority deny their ignorance.

Trump cant have C19 as he takes Hydroxychloroquine and has been taking it for a while which prevets the diesease



If he has stopped taking the preventative drug, why? does he not risk losing voters who believe c19 is fake/hoax?, is it to gain voters thru sympathy (similar to boris j)?

They are all happy to contribute to the confusion.
The CDC is in the pocket of the WHO. They don't work for the good citizens.
Have they been telling citizens how to strengthen their immune systems ?
Are they promoting 'natural' products, or pharmacological solutions ?
