I just want to know how to get ahold of the vaccine for testing/inspection.

I doubt that implies wide distribution. Even if the vaccine comes out by then, it'll likely be 6-12 months down the track before it even starts to be widely distributed. Regardless, I'm hoping this is true. Don't care who the vaccine falls under, which administration, this is greately needed.... I don't want them to rush it, but if there's a positive confidence by November that we've got something, I'm happy.

Children and adults are test subjects with vaccines.

The CDC and state agencies have been falling flat on their faces in testing overall. Not just with the recent Covid19.
Until independent labs come out with data and can qualify a vaccine, can't say I'd go anywhere near it.

Plus the CDC fabricated conclusions regarding the West Virginia Elk River, Freedom Chemical Company spill. I didn't say the CDC Made or qualified vaccines, I said I would wait for an independent lab to qualify one. Meaning a thoroughly independent review of a vaccine before even considering a jab.

As much as we'd like to think the CDC is reliable it's a political agency that has already proven to be unreliable.
