Base: OK, looking at the magazine: put 150 grams of white chocolate in a water bath (?) with 30 gram butter. Stir in the muesli. Put it in a 24
centimeter cake-container. I guess that's the base. You can apply some pressure and squish it together.
Main cake: Soak 10 sheets of gelatin, with a lemon. Mix the lemon and it's zest with 100g of sugar. Mix in 300g of cream.
Shortly refrigerate. Cream and 10g sugar, beat it all up and put on the base. Cool for 4 hours.
Topping: Soak 6 sheets of gelatin. mix with chopped grapes and 30ml of grape juice. Once warm dissolve the sheets of gelatin and add another 470ml of
juice. Stir. Pour some slowly on the cake. Cool or refrigerate for another hour.
