just kidding, I have no idea. Is the button gif just not loading, or is the button non-existent on your screen?

Maybe the Chinese government has blocked that particular link for fear of you posting news to foreign sources. Just a thought.

With the new ATSNN homepage layout, the submit news button has been removed. It is still present on all forum pages.
