If you are caught rioting and in the riot you cause physical harm to any other human being or their property your unemployment benefits will be revoked immediately. If found guilty you will no longer be eligible for unemployment benefits. If found not guilty then your benefit status will be returned to normal.

i think this is always in effect, a felony usually disqualifies an individual from benefits.

Make the poor even poorer. I am sure that is going to help.

Don't you think a better idea would be to find employment so they don't have the urge to loot.

Cure the disease don't just treat it.

These days I wouldn't be surprised if a felony actually activates benefits and front in line status at the voting polls.

:-)

But you may be right. However, if that is not the case it definitely should be.

Yes, exactly. So you are saying you support paying violent people involved in criminal behavior with tax payer money?

What i am saying, is a way needs to be found to stop looting happening in the first place.

When this is all over assuming the USA legal system prosecutes all these rioters which must add up to loads of people................ Does the USA have the capacity within the prison system to lock up the offenders or will more prisons be needed?

It's like showing card tricks to a dog isn't it?

I'm with you, poverty is the enemy, not the poor!

More laws mean more criminals.

If you are rooting and impose harm you've already broken a dozen or more laws.

Stop making new laws. Use the ones in place.

Criminals can be found in all walks of life.

From the poor working class to the multi tax evading millionaires. Some of which are probably in U.S. Government.

In Philadelphia, the ABC6 news chopper had a video of a looter putting stolen into a van owned by a business. So at least some looters do already have jobs.
If Pennsylvania wants to have more people working, Governor Wolf needs to immediately end this economy-killing COVID shutdown.

That is irrelevant to your premise.

Over the decades we have "invested", literally billions upon billions in social programs. While there are many examples of individual success stories, it has not, statistically, made any significant impact.

Unless a person has the drive, and work ethic, to become educated, and dependable enough to have value to an employer, it's just good money after bad.

Not all problems can be solved by throwing money at them. Until ppl take personal responsibility, there is no answer.

That is true of all ppl, not just certain minorities.
