Possibly. But regular black folk who join the mob mentality also should not be excused. Agent provocateurs may be sent in by various groups. But there is no excuse for mob mentality.

Just saw a black entrepreneur who just bought a gym in a strip mall. Took that chance and now his store is trashed and looted because of mob mentality.
