No more dental ever and No money NO testing !

I will put this simply . All dental was shut down through out the lock down No teeth work of any type was ~ is being done .
O people can buy liqueur they can buy tobacco they can even buy lotto tickets as all that is essental . Dental has never been under health here in the states its treated like a luxury . Either your rich or have insurance which covers almost nothing but extractions or you end life with dentures .
But now with the whole idea of No business even letting people in un masked and being told six feet or else . It meens dental will be a thing of the past as 2 things ONE wile the dentist can ware a mask it is Impossible to work in a persons mouth wile they are wearing a mask .
Two and most ovesly six feet rules apply .

PSS I just find the fact of people winning over Obama,s golf day right before running to the store to get another six pack wile No one with teeth issues can get real needed health help to be the worst travesty in this so called pathetic lock down in which you cant get tested at all If you cant PAY !!!!! Any other country a test is 10 $ but here in the US its 1500 $ So yes god knows the NUMBER of people who have it know it but have NO insurance so cant get tested for it !
The true failing of locking down the country ITS compleatly POINTLESS as NO MONEY means NO TEST mean wile that guy who cant get tested may be walking past you now .

So I hope your enjoying the fruits of keep health care for profit ONLY you asked for it after all and now you will pay pay the price and low stats or not getting this could be your death the gamble the us people are doing is VERY very high stakes and many think Sweden is stupid alest there you can get dental NESSERY to your health help when needed .

Ps stupid is Saying no one BUT you should be safe from being sick when the person sick will be getting you sick EVEN the flue is transmitted and colds and every other virus which poor will jsut keep passing to you because they dont deserve to be healthy unless they pay .
Right now who knows how many 100 s of thousands are walking around with this because they cant pay to be tested and granting you get sick sooner or later you will .

See people who cant get health help can EFFECT you .

How did I get the cyst you may ask? From the snake oil salesman dentist that took me to the cleaners last year. He jammed plaque into my gums which created the cyst.

I have a dentist appointment next week for a routine checkup and cleaning. I don't have insurance, I just pay the 75 bucks out of pocket every 6 months.

I’ve been wondering how the dental workforce is handling this pandemic. I assumed it was non existent until the curve dips below a certain “threshold” again.

I am going to need dental work within the next year— so then what???

Well..... Maybe now is the time some inventive soul invent a way to accommodate both Dentist and patient in an environment that protects both No I don't have the answers ? But someone will come up with a plan. You know they will.... so it could be you that thinks it up..

Still waiting to get a crown put on from a root canal months ago. I've had the temp on since March...

its alread been done - the tech is decades old and proven effective - against industrial hazards upto and including asbestos and VOC vapours

just google , look at the kit for asbestos removal , paint spraying , welding etc etc

a simple lightweight helmet and hood - with a clear face sheild - and a nose // mouth mask - fed by an external source - filtered pump

simples - a denistry version - should be doable with minimal effort

Um... gloves and a face shield. (for the dentist, of course.)

Seems like that would work just fine.

But I was just thinking this morning they better open up soon, I need to go in.

We can repurpose the glove boxes they use at Oak Ridge, Hanford or Los Alamos. You put the person in there and then the dentist can drill through their face with the protection of a device normally used to shield people from plutonium.

Luck is a quite rare commodity for me.

Dentists ARE OPEN for emergency work, just not cleaning and ordinary stuff. I had a crown fall out on Friday and they got me in first thing Monday morning to cement it back in. Works like a charm.

If they don't end the lockdowns -- soon -- this county is going to develop a black market like you see in many foreign countries. You just walk into the place of business (the dentist in this case), hand them some cash, and the work is done with no records, and no taxes paid.

First, teeth problems suck.

My theory is this is a strong predator vs. weak predator thing. If you can't chew your food without pain, you can't bite back when they pull your tail up and stick you with the bill for everything you'll never own.

I got a call last week from my daughter's orthodontist to get an appointment scheduled..

It was a call from a cell phone, not the doctors office.

They are getting the ball rolling this week and I think all the other dentists are as well.

Well, tobacco smoke kills microbes, but stains the teeth. Booze kills bacteria too. Maybe we won't need dentists if people just drink and smoke. Instead of fluoride, just drink tea, it also yellows teeth but really helps to protect from cavities.

Whoever you end up seeing for the infection; do not let them give you (Clindamycin), ask for another antibiotic!

For profit Only system can NOT work in a pandemic as for dentist Being in the Us its luxury only for the rich .
even getting a wisdom tooth pulled can be 1200 $ and Dental insurance will want your dental past FIRST before they unsure you . You can get dental insurance cheep as long as your teeth are fine they dont mind paying for a cleaning . But a root canal is out if the question .

This virus has finly shown Just what The greed and self centeredniss means for every one who believed they are more special The virus does Not care how great your job is or how much insurance you may have as the guy next to you spreads the virus to you .
